Refund and Exchange Policy
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. All sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, and returns are not available, and no cancellations are permitted except under the following conditions:
Refunds:
We will issue a refund for any product that is broken or damaged during transit or if the product does not include something you’ve ordered.
Bouquet wrapping will not be refunded as it may get crumpled during transit, even after being wrapped with bubble wrap and handled with care.
To process a refund, you must record an unboxing video and send it to our WhatsApp number 8949816274 within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
The product must be dispatched back to us within 48 hours of our team reviewing the complaint. Shipping charges for damaged goods will be borne by us.
Exchange:
We do not provide exchanges or returns for any products.
