Shipping policy
Shipping Rates and Timelines:
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹50 is applicable to all orders within India. (Rates may vary for larger-sized products.)
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
- Plan Ahead: Once an order is placed, it cannot be expedited or canceled. Please consider the timeline before ordering.
Shipping Partners:
We ship using DTDC, Shiprocket, or India Speed Post, depending on the serviceability of your PIN code. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID within 24 hours via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Bulk Orders:
For bulk orders, please contact us directly for assistance.
Delivery Delays:
- Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on our courier partners, and external factors may cause delays.
- If you experience a delay, contact us via WhatsApp at 8949816274. We will raise a ticket with the courier partner but cannot be held responsible for their delays.
Address and Contact Number Modifications:
- Change Requests: Address or contact number changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. WhatsApp us at 8949816274 for assistance.
- Dispatched Orders: No changes can be made once the order has been shipped.
- Incorrect Details: We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses or contact numbers provided by customers.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to incorrect details, a ₹200 reshipping fee will apply. The order will not be resent until the fee is paid, which may delay delivery. Customers are responsible for all Return-to-Origin (RTO) and reshipping charges.
Missing Packages & Delivery Disputes:
- Lost or Undelivered Packages: If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
- How to Report: WhatsApp us at 8949816274 with the subject line "LOST/FAKE DELIVERY MARK."
- Time Limit: Dispute requests after 48 hours will not be accepted as we are bound by courier terms.
- Resolution Process: We will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue. However, we rely on their findings and will update you accordingly.
- Liability: While we will do our best to assist, we cannot be held financially responsible for lost or stolen packages. No refunds or replacements will be issued if the courier partner denies the dispute.

- We engage logistics partners and delivery personnel with high standards, but we do not control their actions. Any disputes between customers and logistics partners must be resolved between them.
